The Role

As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual storytelling—bringing ideas to life across diverse media platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s evolution, leading rebranding initiatives, and acting as a key point of contact for our communications and marketing teams to ensure every visual touchpoint is impactful and aligned.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Create high-quality, brand-consistent designs for print media including brochures, flyers, exhibition stands, stationery, and posters
  • Produce multimedia content including illustrations, infographics, and photography with creative editing
  • Design social media and web graphics that enhance digital presence and drive engagement
  • Plan and execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Collaborate and coordinate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Adapt designs to industry-specific needs, aligning with technical standards and market expectations
  • Manage confidentiality by handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Ensure attention to detail across all design work, maintaining high standards and precision
  • Act as a brand ambassador by supporting the rollout of brand collateral and digital assets
  • Embrace continuous improvement by staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Demonstrate adaptability by responding effectively to evolving challenges and project needs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in multimedia design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of print media design
  • Ability to develop and edit video content would be advantageous
  • UX/UI knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience in technical or industrial sectors
  • Degree in design or related field
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Word to produce top-tier design work
  • Capable of producing professional-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital and printed media experience
  • Proficient in creating digital content for social media and website graphics
