James Fisher Renewables is seeking an exceptional Head of Global Sales to lead our global commercial strategy during a pivotal moment in the offshore renewables market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global order intake performance across all service lines.
- Lead global sales and tendering activities to deliver annual budget and long-term growth targets.
- Drive robust pipeline governance, forecasting discipline and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute a 5-year global sales strategy aligned to priority markets, customers and projects.
- Define and embed clear 'how to win' strategies across key opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships with Developers, OEMs, EPCIs and asset owners.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international sales and tendering organisation.
- Strengthen market positioning and differentiation across the renewables value chain.
- Foster a collaborative 'One Team' culture focused on performance, accountability and customer value.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive senior commercial leadership experience within offshore wind, renewables or adjacent energy sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and winning complex, large-scale contracts internationally.
- Strong experience leading global sales organisations across multiple regions and service lines.
- Deep understanding of the offshore wind market, including Europe and APAC.
- Demonstrated expertise in pipeline governance, forecasting, tendering strategy and commercial conversion.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable growth strategies.
- Executive-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
