The Role
Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation? We’re seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team on a 12 months fixed-term contract.
In this strategic role, you will collaborate with the Head of HR to deliver impactful HR services across our PLC functions. Partnering with senior leaders, you will help drive business performance, strengthen leadership capability, and embed talent strategies that support our long-term goals.
Whether it’s coaching managers, enhancing talent programmes, or implementing innovative, business-aligned HR solutions, you will be instrumental in building a culture where people and performance thrive.
Principle Accountabilities

  • Implement HR initiatives and support operational strategy in collaboration with the Head of HR.
  • Lead and influence change management and organisational development programmes.
  • Manage and advise across the full HR lifecycle.
  • Analyse trends and issues to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Support line managers with structure, design, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Divisional and Group HR teams to uphold best practice and policy.
  • Coach managers to build strong leadership and accountability.
  • Act as delegate for the Head of HR when required and support ad hoc projects.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a generalist role, covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong background in applying HR strategy in a product line environment.
  • Solid understanding of reward processes and compliance.
  • Experience in managing budgets will be desirable.
  • Commercial financial experience will be essential.
  • Demonstrated employment legislation experience will be essential.
  • Experience in policy development and HRIS, LMS, and talent systems.
  • Experience in coaching, influencing, and supporting business leaders.
  • Knowledge of project management and change management within an HR environment.
