Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. This role plays a key part in managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent administrative support to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry of customer orders onto our sales order processing system.
- Transferring sales order paperwork into production paperwork for the factory.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers and our own factory in a courteous and timeous fashion regarding technical questions, pricing and deliveries.
- Ensuring accuracy of order management and reporting systems.

Work Hours:
This full-time role entails 39 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm. We can also consider part-time hours via job share, shorter working days or fewer days each week. Please let us know any considerations when applying to this vacancy.
