Position Overview:
The Admin Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and the efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing enquiry email address.
- Logging all incoming enquiries and orders for the design team.
- Order processing.
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries.
Skills and experience:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills when liaising with internal and external customers.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Efficient and effective use of time and resources to achieve objectives.
- Proficient PC office skills.

This full-time role entails 37.5 hours per week, providing a stable schedule with weekends free for your leisure. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 2.00pm. We can also consider part-time hours via job share, shorter working days or fewer days each week.
