We’re looking for a Dryer Operator to join our Production team, helping us deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently and consistently. This is a hands‑on, technical role where you’ll take ownership of the dry end of the paper machine and make a real impact on performance, quality and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operate the dry end of the paper machine to meet quality and performance standards
  • Optimise machine efficiency and performance
  • Identify and resolve operational, process, and product issues
  • Monitor equipment condition and support maintenance activities
  • Provide clear communication and reporting across the team
  • Support and guide the Machine Assistant
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including safety, housekeeping and workplace organisation
  • Ensure strict adherence to safe systems of work and procedures

This is a Grade D 3 shift role.
