We are seeking a highly motivated and organised candidate to support the CEO within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with executive and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered against key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO in driving corporate objectives and strategic priorities across the business
  • Coordinate and track project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather updates, maintain momentum, and ensure accountability
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings, ensuring alignment to business goals
  • Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
  • Support overall project control, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visibility of progress
