Are you looking for an exciting role in a thriving industry located in the South Lakes? We are a leading packaging manufacturing company on the lookout for Production Operators to join our dedicated team!

You will be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes
  • Monitoring quality standards and contributing to high-quality paper production
  • Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
  • Identifying and resolving minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Taking part in continuous improvement activities to streamline production

This is a shift position with working 12 hour days/nights on a 3-shift continuous rotation (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am).

We will be holding an onsite Assessment Centre on the afternoon of 25th September which successful candidates will be invited to attend. We reserve the right to close the vacancy earlier should we identify a suitable candidate or receive a sufficient volume of applications.
