Are you looking for an exciting role in a thriving industry located in the South Lakes? We are a leading packaging manufacturing company on the lookout for Production Operators to join our dedicated team!
You will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes
- Monitoring quality standards and contributing to high-quality paper production
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
- Identifying and resolving minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Taking part in continuous improvement activities to streamline production
This is a shift position with working 12 hour days/nights on a 3-shift continuous rotation (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am).
