James Cowper Kreston are recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager, with demonstrable experience in transactions tax, including due diligence and M&A tax advisory.
Our clients range from owner managed businesses, through mid-market private equity funds to international corporate groups across a range of different industries. This offers a rewarding and challenging environment for transaction tax and advisory work, working with both purchasers and selling management teams in tandem with an award-winning Corporate Finance and transaction diligence practice. Whatβs more as most of the transactions we work on are UK-based there is a real opportunity to get stuck into the tax work on every project with limited time spent on project coordination.
