Overview

James Chase Solutions is seeking an experienced Marine/Construction Project Manager for a client in London. You will be leading the construction of a new dry dock to support vessel maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design team (QS, civil, marine, M&E, architect, etc.) – design and construction work will be carried out by third-party contractors
  • Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., port operator)
  • Ensure delivery of the dock project on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and operational needs are met and ensure effective internal and external intra-stakeholder communications

Qualifications

  • Highly experienced Project Manager with good experience in Marine/Civil Engineering and client-side Construction (not public sector)
  • Proven ability to operate in a business environment and deliver projects in a non-public sector setting
