Hybrid role – based in Littlehampton, West Sussex (3 days office / 2 days home)

A well‑established skincare brand is looking for a Graphic Designer (Digital Focus) to join their busy, creative team.

This hybrid role is based three days a week at their head office in Littlehampton, West Sussex, with two days working from home.

Working closely with senior designers and the wider marketing team, you’ll take ownership of projects and create high‑quality digital assets that shine across social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising and other brand touchpoints. Your work will help shape the look and feel of the brand, ensuring it remains bold, captivating and consistent across all channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites, email, advertising and other brand initiatives.
  • Ensuring all assets maintain brand integrity, with attention to detail and creative flair.
  • Collaborating with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to bring concepts to life efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Contributing fresh ideas and keeping up with design trends to continuously elevate the brand’s creative output.

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a design role, ideally in beauty, lifestyle or retail.
  • A confident designer with a proven track record of producing high‑quality digital assets across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in XD (essential), plus Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Detail‑oriented, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Creative and curious, with a proactive collaborative approach.

Please note: the company is unable to offer visa sponsorship, and due to limited public transport links, applicants will ideally need to drive or have access to reliable transport to reach the Littlehampton office.
