HR Systems & Data Specialist
Crawley, West Sussex (Hybrid β 2 days per week)

Do you have extensive Dayforce experience alongside strong Power BI, SQL and HR data skills?
Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS & Data Specialist to become the subject matter expert for their Dayforce platform. This is a business-critical role where you'll take ownership of the system, support HR, Payroll and IT teams, and help maximise the value of a recently implemented HRIS.
This role will suit someone who combines hands-on Dayforce expertise with strong technical data and reporting capabilities, and enjoys using data to improve systems, processes and decision-making.
- Own and support the Dayforce platform across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
- Build reports, dashboards and semantic models using Power BI, SQL and Excel.
- Work with HR data across systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and quality.
- Troubleshoot system and data issues and maintain system performance.
- Manage system releases, configurations, integrations and enhancements.
- Act as the Dayforce expert, supporting and coaching users across the business.
- Strong Power BI and SQL skills, with good back-end data knowledge.
- Experience building Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with HR systems configuration, reporting and integrations.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and data quality.
- Experience with ServiceNow or API integrations.
- Multi-country payroll experience.
- Knowledge of Agile or UAT testing.
