Construction Project Manager (CDM/NEC) – Remote – £550 – £650 a day – 3 DAYS A WEEK ONLY

James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for my fantastic client based in London. You will be working on a project that is undertaking the construction of a new dry dock to support vessel maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
Main duties –
- Coordinate design team (QS, civil, marine, M&E, architect, etc.) – design and construction work will be carried out by third-party contractors
- Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., port operator)
- Ensure delivery of the dock project on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and operational needs are met and ensure effective internal and external intra-stakeholder communications
You will be a highly experienced Project Manager and have good experience in CDM, NEC and client side Construction (not public sector, used to working in business reality) – You will also have a Project Management qualification like MSP, APMP, Project Management MSc etc
