Looking for the next step in an IT Support career where you can take on more ownership and become the go-to person onsite? Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Brighton office, supporting users within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider group IT function while acting as the main onsite IT support contact for the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1st/2nd Line Support experience who is looking to step into a broader role with more responsibility and exposure to projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support across hardware, software and user issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, Wi‑Fi and connectivity issues
  • Assist with onboarding and device setup
  • Liaise with third‑party vendors and support providers
  • Support upcoming IT projects and system improvements
  • Provide face‑to‑face support to users across the office
Key Experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience within an IT Support / Service Desk role
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and desktop support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident supporting users at all levels of the business
  • Proactive and personable approach
Additional Information
  • Office based in Brighton – 5 days onsite
  • Salary up to £32,000
  • Occasional travel may be required
