Our Client, a leading creative agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Project/Account Manager to join their Brighton studio on a fixed-term basis (1 year maternity cover, with potential to convert to permanent). This is a high-profile role managing a major global account, where creative excellence meets precise delivery. This is not a technical project management role. They are looking for someone with strong account management experience who can fully own a client relationship, understand their brand inside out, and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative agency environment, juggling multiple global campaigns while balancing client expectations, budgets, and timelines. You will partner closely with both clients and creative teams to maintain the agency’s reputation for bold, world-class work.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience managing large-scale, global creative campaigns in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and act as the strategic voice for the brand.
- Comfortable navigating multiple projects, tight deadlines, and complex creative workflows.
- Experience across film, motion, and animation projects is essential.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- Fixed-term salary: £60k-65k (dependent on experience)
