Summary
We are working on behalf of a leading Logistics business in Leicestershire who are looking for a Head of Hub Operations. This role is based THROUGH THE NIGHT, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must have led a logistics/freight operation with success previously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, while setting high expectations and performance objectives
- Ensure Daily planning service and cost requirements are met
- Ensure Depot service results are achieved daily in line with agreed targets
- Ensure Legality and Compliance within the hub operations
- Effective management of teams and agreed targets and KPI's
Key Skills/Experience
- Integrity, professionalism and honesty.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work well independently and part of a team
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Have led hub operations previously
