The key responsibilities and tasks of the role are …
- With support from a PR Manager, you will manage a number of key client accounts at the agency, ensuring you are smashing their KPIs and driving organic growth.
- You will manage your clients and all comms in a timely, polite and enthusiastic manner. Making sure all clients are happy and in turn, retained each month. You will also attend quarterly client strategy sessions to showcase results, pitch concepts and further the relationship.
- Building standout campaign decks full of ideas that are guaranteed to earn relevant links and coverage that drive real growth.
- You will put together tight Digital PR strategies for your campaigns, which smash targets and are easy to follow, working on the strongest story first.
- You will have a thorough understanding of the SEO goals for each client and how this aligns with the Digital PR strategy.
- You will ensure all campaigns are amazing, impactful and tell strong stories to the press. You will work alongside the Research & Data team to ensure your campaigns are as strong as they can be.
- From pitching reactives to launching data-led campaigns, you will excel when it comes to earning links and coverage for your clients, with support from the wider team. From thorough, targeted media lists to impactful headlines, you will know the ins and outs of pitching and love being the one to earn links for your clients.
- Monitoring and reporting on account performance, ensuring success is communicated beyond just the coverage numbers.
