Communicates and collaborates effectively with colleagues across teams. Can manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency. Understands how to work within client budgets and timescales, delivering high-quality work on time. Uses project management tools (e.g., Asana) and online communication platforms (e.g., Slack) to project manage and collaborate effectively. Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering potential solutions before escalating queries. Keeps up to date with design trends and applies innovative approaches where relevant. Proofs their own work carefully, keeping amendments to a minimum through accuracy and attention to detail.
The key responsibilities and tasks of the role are:
- Create high-quality design assets for client campaigns across various formats, including static, interactive, and social media.
- Design engaging digital assets that elevate written content with strong visual storytelling.
- Work confidently from a brief or independently, responding to internal and external feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, client notes, copyright rules, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within client budgets.
- Track time accurately and maintain awareness of project budgets and commercial considerations.
- Collaborate with the Design & Dev team and wider colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully, creatively, and on time.
- Support the design and production of materials for agency events, with the opportunity to attend and contribute on the day.
- Consistently contribute positively to team workflow and collaboration.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required, supporting the team wherever needed.
