James Andrews Technology is looking for a People Systems & Insight Manager to oversee HR technology and analytics reporting into the Head of People. This permanent role includes leading HR systems development and managing data governance.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HRIS management, a strong background in GDPR compliance, and advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel. A CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred.
