We are currently partnering with a housing association who are recruiting for a People Systems & Insight Manager on a permanent basis. The role leads HR technology, data governance and people analytics, reporting into the Head of People.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Leading the development and optimisation of HR systems across People Services
- Designing and delivering people reporting, dashboards and insight to support strategic decisions
- Managing HR system vendors, contracts and integration with IT
- Leading data governance, including audits, GDPR compliance and mandatory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap, ONS)
- Leading pay reviews, equal pay audits and benchmarking
- Delivering cost modelling to support workforce planning and organisational design
- Managing one direct report and deputising for the Head of People when required
Experience required:
- Significant HRIS management experience, with familiarity across HCM, Payroll, L&D and ATS systems
- Strong data governance and GDPR knowledge
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to present insight to senior stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
