We’re supporting a values-led organisation on a journey of genuine change, and they’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in their digital transformation programme. You’ll work within a collaborative Business Change Team, partnering with project managers, stakeholders and fellow analysts to map out smarter ways of working, shape effective solutions, and help deliver lasting service improvements. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the design and delivery of projects that underpin a major digital transformation programme
- Leading As-Is / To-Be process modelling and analysing risks, opportunities and business impacts
- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Prioritising and tracking functional and non-functional requirements through to implementation
- Producing clear documentation including process maps, user stories, data flows and specifications
- Identifying the risks, issues and benefits of proposed solutions and communicating them effectively
- Acting as a critical link between IT, projects and the wider business to shape effective change
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience delivering business analysis for IT-enabled change projects
- A strong process mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and mapping end-to-end business journeys
- Proficiency in tools and techniques such as BPMN, use case modelling and user stories
- Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Visio
- A recognised BA qualification (ISEB, BCS, CBAP) or working towards one
