We're working with a leading UK payroll and HR services provider as they deliver a major Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation across multiple client organisations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a project team working alongside Oracle, consortium partners and service integration specialists on a genuinely high-profile, multi-client rollout.
The role
As Oracle Implementation Consultant, you'll support the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, parallel running, data migration and hypercare.
You'll work closely with business users, IT teams and partners, translating requirements into system configuration and ensuring the solution meets both service and statutory needs.
- What you'll be doing
- Participating in design workshops and requirements gathering with partners and clients
- Translating business requirements into Oracle system configuration
- Supporting UAT design and execution, and parallel runs
- Leading elements of data cleanse and migration
- Supporting training delivery and documentation for new ways of working
- Managing risks, issues and escalations, and contributing to project governance
- Building strong relationships across the consortium, client and internal teams
- Leading the team through cutover and hypercare
What we're looking for
- Proven experience of payroll and HR implementation and system migration
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience producing clear process and procedure documentation
- CIPP qualification or equivalent experience desirable
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules advantageous
- Must be able to obtain SC clearance
