A Birmingham-based social media agency is looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Assistant to work closely with senior leadership and support business growth, new client acquisition, and brand visibility. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to a proactive and organised individual with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and agency growth. You’ll support lead management, outreach activity, content creation, and pitch preparation, while gaining exposure to senior decision-making and commercial strategy within a growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage inbound and outbound sales leads, maintaining accurate trackers and CRM documents
- Research prospective clients, brands, industries, and new market opportunities
- Support follow-ups, proposals, and pipeline management
- Manage diaries, meetings, and preparation for client pitches
- Take notes, track actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Create and schedule LinkedIn and social content to support agency growth and personal branding
