A Birmingham-based social media agency is looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Assistant to work closely with senior leadership and support business growth, new client acquisition, and brand visibility. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to a proactive and organised individual with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and agency growth.

You will support lead management, outreach activity, content creation, and pitch preparation, while gaining exposure to senior decision-making and commercial strategy within a growing agency environment.

  • Organise and manage inbound and outbound sales leads, maintaining accurate trackers and CRM documents
  • Research prospective clients, brands, industries, and new market opportunities
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn and social content to support agency growth and personal branding
  • Write and refine outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging
  • Create and adapt pitch decks using Canva, ensuring presentations are on-brand and commercially strong
  • Support social media and influencer-related activity, turning opportunities into timely content
  • Maintain strong organisation across outreach, bookings, deadlines, and documentation

Comfortable supporting sales activity, outreach, and new business conversations. Strong written communication skills, particularly for short-form outreach and social content. Experience in a marketing, social media, influencer, or agency environment. High energy, commercially minded, and keen to grow a long-term career in sales or marketing.
