Our client, a social housing organisation, seeks an Application Support Analyst to support and enhance their core business systems, with particular focus on their Housing Management System.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for incidents and requests related to core business applications
- Interpret business requirements and translate these into technical enhancements
- Maintain and optimise business applications, identifying areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
- Work with stakeholders to ensure applications align to business needs
- Design and document workflows and integrations across business applications
- Analyse incident trends, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Lead on structured change to core business applications
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure applications meet organisational needs
- Produce reporting to demonstrate application performance
- Significant experience of application support within a social housing organisation
- Strong project management experience in complex housing environments
- Experience supporting and developing core business applications in social housing (housing management, document management, reporting systems)
- Excellent vendor and third party relationship management
- Knowledge of business improvement methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Ability to explain complex processes to non-technical audiences
