We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Tech Recruiter to join our James Andrews - Technology brand, where you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
What’s on offer?
- Salary: £26,100 – £35,000 + uncapped commission
- Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an early 4pm finish every Friday
- Generous Holiday Package: 26 days’ annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 31 days
- Hybrid Working: Up to 8 work-from-home days per month

What will you do?
- With a focus on Business Development, you will build strong client relationships through a range of business development tools
- Source, screen, shortlist and consult with candidates at all levels
- Manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-focused environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values: Collaboration, Transparency, Growth and Respect
You will have;
- Proven success in a 360 Recruitment Consultancy role – Technology recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- A naturally inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach
- Resilience and confidence in handling pressure
- The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Ambition and a commitment to long-term career progression
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working alongside others
