The predicted salary is between 33000 - 77000 £ per year.
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Leicester, who are recruiting for a Treasury Finance Manager on a nine month FTC. The position is due to start as soon as possible and offers a salary of c.£55,000. Office presence can be flexible dependent on location but some presence in Leicester is preferable.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in similar roles within Social Housing and will be a confident people manager able to hit the ground running.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the treasury reporting team, providing support and direction and ensuring accuracy of work
- Overseeing the delivery of internal treasury accounting routines including monthly treasury and security reports
- Leading on treasury input into financial year end work, including notes to accounts, records for the treasury SPV and relevant working papers for Auditors
- Producing in year and long term interest forecasts to provide insights and projections for long term cash flow management
- Reporting on covenant calculations, including completion of compliance certificates
- Overseeing maintenance of security database, valuation of properties in line with debt facility requirements and reviewing the new scheme documentation regarding security charging and valuation implications
Experience required:
- Experience in Social Housing highly preferable
- People management experience
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Knowledge of Social Housing treasury processes
- Understanding of covenant compliance, budget setting, interest forecasting and security management
