Our client, based in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Surveyor on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly salary for the role is £40,607 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Housing sector, and be comfortable with different areas of Surveying.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing housing hazards and ensuring properties are WHQS compliant
- Investigating and reporting on complex damp and mould / disrepair cases
- Delivering property adaptations
- Carrying out property inspections including Stock Condition Surveys
- Overseeing major refurbishment projects
- Liaising with customers to provide updates on ongoing works
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing
- Experience in a Surveying discipline
