Salary: £23,250 per annum + 2.5% commission on gross sales. This entry-level sales role includes full training and support. It offers strong prospects for career progression and salary advancement. The role is based on a 35-hour week.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target prospects to understand their business requirements and needs.
  • Identify the most appropriate sales approach for each prospect.
  • Locate the key decision maker within target organisations.
  • Contact decision makers, present the client’s product offering and secure a positive next action.
  • Add contact organisations to the CRM system with all relevant information.
  • Schedule follow-up contacts and actions.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Sales Management team on contacts made.

Qualifications:

  • No prior sales experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Any background in a customer-facing or communication-focused role is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Numerate with strong attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Competitive drive and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team.
