The predicted salary is between 17 - 18 £ per hour.

Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for an Electoral Services Assistant on a 4-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £17-18 per hour PAYE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Handling heavy workloads through Nominations and Elections week
  • Helping with admin tasks; emails, phone calls and using the Electoral register
  • Assisting with manual labour by collating the ballot boxes and processing those votes
  • Liaising with the residents and being understanding of their questions and concerns
  • Working with minimal supervision as coming into a smaller team

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience required in Electoral Services
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft and the Electoral register

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
