Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for your next challenge? We\’re working with a well-regarded organisation in the not-for-profit sector based in Birmingham who are seeking an L&D Specialist to join them on a 3-month temporary assignment. The details Contract: 3-month temporary assignment Location: Birmingham City Centre (hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home) Hours: Full-time Salary: Equivalent of £35,000 per annum (paid hourly) About the role You\’ll play a key part in designing and delivering engaging training to support staff development. The focus will be on: Delivering soft skills training across the organisation Supporting and developing leadership capability Providing coaching to colleagues and managers This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on people development within a purpose-driven organisation.
