Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for your next challenge? We\’re working with a well-regarded organisation in the not-for-profit sector based in Birmingham who are seeking an L&D Specialist to join them on a 3-month temporary assignment. The details Contract: 3-month temporary assignment Location: Birmingham City Centre (hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home) Hours: Full-time Salary: Equivalent of £35,000 per annum (paid hourly) About the role You\’ll play a key part in designing and delivering engaging training to support staff development. The focus will be on: Delivering soft skills training across the organisation Supporting and developing leadership capability Providing coaching to colleagues and managers This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on people development within a purpose-driven organisation. What we\’re looking for Strong background in training delivery Experience in leadership development and coaching Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills Available for an immediate start Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
