Central London | 35.00 hours per week | Six-week ongoing temporary role

Our client – based in Central London – are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join their central finance function on six-week ongoing interim basis. The role is 35.00 hours per week and offers 80% working from home.

  • Start date: 27th July 2026
  • Hourly rate: Based on experience

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple recruitment campaigns, including managing recruitment backlogs, advertising vacancies, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conducting pre-employment screening activities, including reference checks, Right to Work (RTW) verification, and other compliance checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation.
  • Supporting the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process by preparing starter and leaver documentation, maintaining employee records, and ensuring all relevant checks and system updates were completed accurately.
  • Maintaining and updating employee training records on the HR iTrent system, ensuring learning and development data, training logs, and compliance records were accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting the Learning & Development Manager with the administration and coordination of training programmes, including scheduling, record keeping, reporting, and responding to employee queries.
  • Providing general HR administrative support, handling ad hoc tasks, maintaining confidential personnel information, and supporting the wider HR team with operational and project-based activities.

Experience required:

  • Experience working in a HR based role with clear experience in: Recruitment, L&D and Onboarding is essential.
  • Knowledge of the iTrent HR system is desirable but not essential.

Working hours:

  • 35.00 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00pm - 5:30pm (can offer flexibility to finish at 4:30pm)
  • Hybrid working: 80% working from home
