We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in Cheshire, who are recruiting for a FP&A Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £60,000 with travel required to the office just twice per month. The start date is flexible dependent on notice and the ideal applicant will be experienced with the management of long term planning, forecasting and implementing process improvements where necessary.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Leading and motivating the Finance team including a team of three Management Accountant reports
- Ensuring accuracy of reporting and forecasting, working to improve processes and procedures
- Taking responsibility for the monthly management accounts, annual budgets and monthly forecasting
- Developing the 30-year Business Plan, producing regulatory returns for review
- Assisting with production of reports for EMT, Audit Committee and Board
- Actively supporting both internal and annual external audits and liaising with auditors
- Developing and maintaining relationships across the business to support colleagues in delivery of financial and operational objectives
Experience required:
- Background in Social Housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- CCAB qualification is highly desirable
- Budgeting, forecasting, management accounting
