We are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation in North Wales who are recruiting for a People Partner on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of 42,398 per annum, alongside hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
They are seeking someone who can deliver a proactive, preventative and professional HR service by working closely with leaders to identify people priorities, shape people plans and support organisation wide initiatives, acting as a key point of expertise on all people matters.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Partnering with leaders to provide day to day HR support and guidance across a wide range of people matters
- Leading key people projects to deliver strategic objectives and support the organisation's wider people plan
- Managing complex ER cases including grievance, conduct, attendance and organisational change
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues effectively
- Using people data and insights to identify priorities, support workforce planning and guide decision making
- Driving culture and inclusion by embedding values, promoting DEI and supporting a positive employee experience
- Improving HR processes by identifying opportunities to streamline policies and enhance service
Experience and skills required: CIPD Level 7 capability demonstrated through qualification or equivalent experience.
