The role focuses on domestic properties, UPVC experience, and reactive maintenance.
Duties include installing kitchens, hanging doors, fitting skirting, UPVC windows/doors, and fencing. 37 hours per week, 8am-4pm Mon-Thu, Fri 8am-3:30pm. £22.50 per hour.
Immediate start; prior social housing experience preferred.
