Our client, based in Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Carpenter to work on void properties for a minimum of the next six months.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on domestic properties, and be comfortable working with UPVC.
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Installing kitchens within void properties
- Carrying out reactive maintenance on void properties
- Hanging doors and fitting skirting
- Fitting and repairing UPVC windows and doors
- Installing fencing and fence posts
Experience required
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Ideally have experience with UPVC
Working hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm
