Our client, a South Yorkshire-based local authority, is currently recruiting for a Democratic Services Team Leader on a temporary, part-time basis. The position is due to start in September, on a 10-month basis. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing cabinet and decision-making support
- Focusing on school admission appeals
- Experience with management of staff
- Providing Constitutional and Governance advice to committees
Experience:
- Experience clerking committees
- Maintaining day to day cabinet committees
Working hours:
- Part-time, 4 days per week
- Monday to Friday
