We are proud to be partnering with a Social Housing provider, who are looking to appoint an Asset Manager on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position based near Stockport, and the role is offering a salary of circa 52,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate needs strong experience in asset management, housing, construction or surveying, along with the ability to analyse asset data, support investment decisions, and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and delivering short, medium and long-term asset investment strategies
  • Leading annual and 5-30 year investment planning programmes
  • Using stock condition, energy and compliance data to inform investment decisions
  • Managing asset data systems and improving data quality and insight
  • Supporting option appraisals, asset performance modelling and investment decisions
  • Working with internal teams, contractors and external partners to deliver programmes
  • Supporting retrofit, energy efficiency and environmental improvement initiatives

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong background in asset management, housing, construction, building surveying or a related discipline, with experience delivering planned investment programmes
  • Ability to analyse and interpret stock condition, compliance and energy data to inform strategic investment and asset decisions
