Our client, based in Hampshire, is currently recruiting for a Head of Governance on a circa 3-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead a team of 4 Governance Partners sharing your knowledge, experience and expertise to really support their growth
- Carrying out the statutory functions of a Company Secretary for the Group including registration of entities with statutory authorities, annual returns and statutory registers and use of entity seals
- Providing expert Governance advice to the board, committees, executives and operational panels
- Providing mandatory training across the organisation, specifically to Senior Managers
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience required in social housing
