The predicted salary is between 16200 - 19800 £ per year.

We are currently working in partnership with a Charity based in London, who are recruiting for Support Workers to join their team on a permanent basis. These positions are based at several sites across London and the annual salary is £27,000. The ideal candidate MUST have an Enhanced DBS.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting individuals with getting up and ready for the day, personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and going to bed
  • Assisting with cleaning, laundry, food preparation, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Supporting with managing health needs, taking medication, attending appointments, and maintaining mobility at home and in the community
  • Supporting individuals to go shopping, visit friends and family, attend cultural or faith centres, and take part in social activities
  • Providing support to develop money management skills, make choices about daily life, relationships, education, work, and holidays
  • Supporting individuals to participate in leisure activities, exercise, study, attend college or work, and enjoy trips or holidays (UK and abroad)

Experience required:

  • Experience providing support and care to vulnerable individuals

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good communication
  • Ability to take responsibility

Working hours: 37.5 hours on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday)
