We are currently partnering with a Charity based in Leamington Spa, who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for a permanent position. Our client is looking for someone to get started as soon as possible and is happy to offer hybrid working with one/two days per week from home. This is a full-time position (35 hours) with a salary of Β£40,000.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and producing monthly management accounts including trial balance and balance sheet reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing any process improvements to improve system usage and functionality (Sage 50)
- Completing all month and year end duties
- Processing monthly payroll
- Managing treasury and cashflow
- Monitoring restrictive reserves
Experience required:
- Not-for-Profit background is desirable but not required
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Experience with PowerBI is desirable but not required
- AAT qualified
