Overview
Our client, based in the Wirral, are currently recruiting for Roofer’s Labourer on a temporary basis for the next six months. Both positions are due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for the role is £18.85 per hour paid via an Umbrella Company.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a large patch of properties
- Sourcing items such as tiles, shingles, roofing paper, and other necessary materials
- Handling the repair of fascias, soffits, guttering work and replace tiles on flat and slanted roofs
- Working on various different types of roofing including lead and felt
- Identifying asbestos and using a PDA to input jobs
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing

- 38 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday, 8:00am-4:15pm
- Friday: 3:30pm finish
