The predicted salary is between 20 - 49 £ per hour.
Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (12 months), Midlands - Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry areas (12 months). The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis.
The per-survey rate is as follows:
- House stock condition only - £25
- Flat stock condition only - £20
- Block - £25 (Umb/Ltd)
- Wiltshire patch: House SCS & EPC- £49
- Flat SCS & EPC - £45 (Umb/Ltd)
The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and will have access to a car. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
- Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
- Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
- Recording survey data accurately using digital systems
- Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
Experience required:
- Previous stock condition experience
- Access to a car
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Domestic Energy Assessment (Wiltshire only)
Working schedule:
- Flexible hours
- 35 + surveys per week
