The predicted salary is between 13 - 22 £ per hour.
Our client, based in West London, is currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a short-term temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate is circa £20 per hour via Umbrella, negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a background working in social housing, specifically with the elderly and hold an Enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a 61 unit scheme
- Carrying out welfare checks on residents
- Performing estate inspections and report repairs to the maintenance team
- Monitoring and reporting any breaches of tenancy agreements
- Ensuring that units aren’t void within the scheme
- Mediating any anti-social behaviour within the scheme
- Applying a knowledge of health and safety legislation
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation
- Experience working within a housing scheme
Working hours: 30 hours Monday – Friday (potential for flexibility on hours) 10am – 4pm
