We are currently partnering with a 200-year-old, global property and construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Project Manager to join their well-established team on a permanent basis. Our client is proud to be headhunted by clients because of their long-standing commitment to quality and collaboration. This is a full-time position with a salary band of £45,000 to £60,000 (subject to experience) with the start date subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Establishing effective processes to be used over the course of the project
  • Managing sub-contractors and Construction Managers
  • Chairing and attending meetings

Experience required:

  • Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation
  • NEC experience desirable
  • Worked on refurb projects

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acuity, financially literate and comfortable controlling cost and risk

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm Hybrid Working
