The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are proud to be partnering with a major children's charity, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC, with potential to go permanent. This will be a full-time position that is fully remote, and a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive advisory experience as well as comprehensive ER ability. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as the lead for employee relations, ensuring advice is robust and legally compliant
- Managing employee relations cases including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, dismissals and occupational health matters
- Working closely with HR Business Partners to support, develop and coach leaders in managing people matters in line with policies and procedures
- Ensuring employees receive a seamless experience from recruitment through induction, probation and exit
- Creating, reviewing and implementing HR policies, process flows and guidance, ensuring content is lean, up to date and accessible via the intranet
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders, influencing and constructively challenging to support delivery of organisational and strategic objectives
