About the Role
This pivotal position blends service design, integration, and continuous improvement. You will ensure IT services are designed and maintained to meet evolving organisational needs, working across cloud, hybrid and on-prem platforms, guiding outsourced providers, and embedding cyber resilience and zero-trust architecture. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, developing service roadmaps, shaping future-state models, and supporting the shift to product-led, Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable IT service models aligned with digital transformation strategy
- Ensure integration across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ESRI ArcGIS, and Azure
- Collaborate with IT leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to shape solutions
- Embed ITIL 4 principles across service lifecycle functions
- Monitor performance via Power BI dashboards and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with NIST CSF 2.0 Level 6 and governance frameworks
- Assure outsourced partners against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Drive innovation using cloud-native technologies, automation, and agile methodology
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and service optimisation
- Maintain service architecture documentation and governance artefacts
