The predicted salary is between 28800 - 38400 £ per year.
We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in the Southwest of England who are recruiting for a People & Systems Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a full-time remote position offering a salary of £32,000, with occasional regional travel between offices and the role reports directly to the Head of People Operations.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Deliver accurate, compliant HR operational processes and act as the main liaison for employment related queries.
- Maintain, monitor and enhance HRIS and case management systems (including Dayforce), ensuring data integrity, GDPR compliance and strong governance.
- Provide expert support to managers and colleagues, enabling self service and improving data transparency.
- Partner with Payroll, IT and Workforce Management to optimise systems and ensure smooth, integrated service delivery.
- Carry out system administration tasks, including process documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Support system upgrades and implementations, including UAT, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to digital transformation and enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support strategic People projects.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Transactional HR activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Systems.
