The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Somerset who are recruiting for a DFG Surveyor on an interim basis. The position is due to start immediately for a minimum tenure of six months, and an hourly rate of £***** per hour on an Umbrella basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with Occupational Therapists, signing off works and working to budget constraints. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing, delivering and supervising a range of construction projects relating to disabled adaptations and DFGs
  • Ensuring budgets are managed accordingly
  • Designing, specifying and procuring and project managing intermediate scale projects from inception to completion
  • Working closely with OTs and clients with a range of disabilities to ensure their needs are met
