The predicted salary is between 13 - 18 £ per hour.
We are currently working in partnership with a Social Housing Provider in Devon, who are looking for a Building Safety Administrator on an interim basis. This is a temporary position, with an initial contract length of six weeks. The role will be paying circa £18 an hour (Umbrella) dependent on experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Reviewing, organising and administering documentation for Building Safety Case Reports
- Checking large volumes of existing files, confirming relevance of documents and ensuring evidence is stored in the correct areas
- Updating an internal document tracker relating to Building Safety
- Forwarding items to senior management that require further review
Experience/Qualifications required:
- Experience in Building Safety
- Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022
Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
